Tuesday, March 17, 2020 Congratulations on a very successful first day of distance learning! I am incredibly proud of our students, teachers, parents, and the entire Schenck School community for rising to the occasion during this uncertain time. Well done! Please scroll down for some photos from "school" today.
As a reminder, your child's teachers should be your primary points of contact going forward. I will send school-wide announcements, but the teachers can answer more specific questions about your child's distance learning plans and assignments. For tech support, please email itadmin@schenck.org, and copy your teachers, so they know any technical problems you might be having.
Based on President Trump's directives released yesterday and the most recent guidelines from the CDC, The Schenck School will continue distance learning through Friday, April 3. We are evaluating the COVID-19 progression on a weekly (sometimes daily!) basis and will update these plans as necessary during this ever-evolving situation. At this point, we are not aware of any confirmed cases of COVID-19 in our Schenck School community. We will continue to keep you informed as this situation evolves.
As always, thank you for your partnership, understanding, and cooperation. We are all in this together!
Keep up the good work,
Head of School
