Working at The Schenck School

The Schenck School is more than just a school, it is a transformative experience for students and its staff.  Here, we encourage faculty and staff to not only make a difference in the lives of students but to be a part of a community that encourages and supports one another.

World Class Teacher Training

Every teacher at The Schenck School goes through intensive training to become an expert in dyslexia education. In a teacher's first year of employment at Schenck, they are given the opportunity to enroll in ReadSource's Teacher Training program. This program equips faculty with the advanced knowledge and skillset for teaching dyslexic learners.
